Bio of Pastor Teresa Tong
With a deep love for children and a great passion for leading them to Christ, Pastor Teresa has led the Children’s Ministry at Richmond Hill Christian Community Church as a lay leader since early 80’s. With God’s calling, she left her IT profession and got equipped at Tyndale Seminary with an MDiv program, majoring in Pastoral and Children’s Ministry. Upon graduation, she served at RHCCC as a children’s pastor for years. She further her Ministry Doctoral stuies (DMin) at Fuller Theological Seminary (L.A.) on Youth and Family Ministry .

With over 30 years of ministry experience and a passion for nurturing children’s spiritual growth, Pastor Teresa responds to God’s calling in forming a new ministry, Blessing4CM, to serve as a Consulting Children’s Pastor, mentoring ministry leaders and training workers both locally and oversea at mission fields. She is a popular speaker for seminars, conferences, teacher’s training series, leadership retreats, parenting workshops and special children programs. She leads GTA’s Children’s Ministry Leadership Network and hosts children and youth leadership camps at Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam, Thailand and China since year 2008.

懷著對孩子的愛心，和帶領他們信主的使命感，湯邱佩華傳道早於80年代初，便以平信徒領袖身份，在城北華人基督教會，建立及帶領其兒童事工。及後蒙神呼召，放下電腦專業工作，在天道神學院裝備作僕人(神學碩士)，主修教牧與兒童事工，畢業後於母會奉獻作全職兒童傳道，領導事工團隊，牧養孩童，並於加州Fuller神學院攻讀家庭/青少年博士學課程。

累積了三十多年的兒童事工經驗，和懷著塑造孩子屬靈生命的熱誠；湯傳道體會到教會、家庭及宣教工場的需要，及對兒童事工培訓的渴求，再次回應神的新使命，成立了Blessing4CM事工。她以顧問兒童傳道身份，專心牧養及輔導本地眾教會及宣教工場的兒童事工領袖。事工包括主持兒童領袖退修會、研討會、同工培訓、特別兒童節目、親子講座、為兒童教牧同工團契委員，並多次帶領短宣隊到柬埔寨、緬甸、泰國，寮國，越南，舉辦兒童/青年領袖營。
